Interlaken Tourism: It is well worth making contact with these guys before getting to Interlaken, they have so much on offer.
Hotel Alpenrose: This quaint hotel is run by South Africans which at first I thought may detract from the Swiss experience but I cannot begin to explain how helpful it was to have some similarities from home pointing us in the right direction.
Outdoor Interlaken: From night time sledding to ski and snowboard hire this is the place to come to get set up for any adventure in Interlaken.  Their friendly staff are a pleasure to deal with and they will collect your gear from any hotel in Interlaken if you do not manage to drop in to say goodbye before heading home.
